The Amazin’ Grayson Christmas Challenge was started in 2022. The Schminke Family started this for their first Christmas without Grayson to honor him; their biggest gift they were ever blessed with.

The challenge is to donate $1 or whatever you see fit. In return The Amazin’ Grayson Foundation committee will vote on a local family who has been faced with the challenges and heartache of the medically complex world; donate what we raised to them and hope to help them have a little bit more of a Merrier Christmas.

Our goal is to be able to present this to the family the week before Christmas. We would like to have all donations in by the end of Friday, December 15th.

Nominations will be open from November 15th through December 15th. To nominate click on the button below to fill out the form with your nomination, child’s diagnosis, and a short story about their medical journey. Must be located in Benton, Iowa, Johnson, Keokuk, Linn, Mahaska, Poweshiek, Tama, or Washington County, Iowa, to be eligible.
